The selector is on the bottom left of the page, next to the style selector.

is it possible to change the time format from 12h AM/PM to 24h in the german forum's view (like it's in the french one)? AM/PM is confusing for europens.

in french and german you allways get 'good evening', even early in the morning :-)
if this could be changed too?
