Well, we heard of the 13 year old girl who had her feet yanked off by the cables of the Superman Ride last week :( Now another tragedy:

The builders of these games are paid thousands to provide secure rides, whose fault is it: the amusement park for not really checking the rides each week or the builders of such rides?
