J'ai trouvé ceci sur un forum tunisien ouvert, j'ai testé et ça marche
(I found this on an opened Tunisian forum, I tested and that works)
إليكم الحل الأمثل لمشاكل التحميل من رابيدشير
لو كان لديك فيلم أو مسرحية أو مسلسل أو حتى أغانى متفرقة وكلها على الـ رابيدشير
فهو يسمح لك بأول تحميل .. ثم يطلب منك عند أى تحميل أخر .. الإنتظار لمدة ساعة
وأحيانا ساعة ونصف أو ساعتين .. حسب مزاجه
إليكم حل هذه المشكلة وببساطة تامة
بعد تحميل أول رابط وتريد تحميل الرابط الأخر قم بغلق الراوتر دقيقتان أو خمسة دقائق
ثم أعد تشغيله مرة ثانية .. وتابع التحميل عادى بعد ذلك دون الإنتظار الطويل ..
وأقسم بالله العظيم أن هذه الطريقة هى التى أعمل بها طالما الرابط المراد تحميله
يتبع الـ رابيدشير الممل والذى حرمنى فى السابق من تحميل أشياء كنت أتمنى
تحميلها ...

Only if you have a dynamic IP (depending on inetrnet purveyor) as it’s the case in Tunisia

It detects your IP address it is easer to use a proxy server that will change your IP on the fly some ISP will not release your IP for 24 hours but the best thing to do like the don said get an account

I totally aggree with The Don. For less than 7€ if you register for three months, you get a premium account an can up or download what ever is available on the internet. Now it is a pity that this seems not possible in North Africa.
